Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were rustic in decor, fairly large, and situated in brightly colored buildings scattered over the hillside, offering a lovely atmosphere. The service, while helpful at times, required multiple requests and follow-ups to get things done. The location on top of a hill with spectacular views of Morelia was magical, but there were some challenges with off-street parking. The dining experience was decent, although a bit expensive compared to local standards.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms lacked air conditioning and had issues such as a broken safe, malfunctioning lights, a hard bed, and stiff pillows. However, they were beautifully decorated with Morelia's artscraft and featured a lovely fireplace.
The hotel was big with lovely colonial-style decorations, but lacked bottled water and coffee for the in-room coffeemaker. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The location was stunning, on a mountain with beautiful walkways and gardens. The dining experience was nice, though a bit overpriced for Mexican standards.
The hotel offers rustic rooms with great views of the city but lacks modern amenities such as air conditioning. The service is professional but with some missed communication opportunities. The location on a hill provides a magical view of Morelia, yet some standard rooms may need improvement. The dining experience, while tasty, can be a bit pricey. The facilities are adequate, catering to basic needs.
Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a beautiful mix of Spanish and Mexican influences in a different era, with great views of the city. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a touch of heartfelt apologies for any mishaps. The location, perched on a hill in Central Mexico, offered a stunning view and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Morelia. The dining experience was elevated, making it one of the memorable parts of my Mexican trip.
